Service Description

Flexibility - Gravity Yoga gives you the tools to slowly open up while avoiding injury.  It utilizes gravity to assist your body in increasing flexibility.  This is a supplemental practice to you regular yoga class.  If done consistently this class improves your range of flexibility quickly. Expect long hold stretching linked to breath while using a variety of props, (pillows, a wall, blocks, chair and straps).
